Over time, we meet brands and their designers. Some of them we have an affinity with, and sometimes we want to go a little further together. So it is in this section that you will discover these collab's which are as precious as they are ephemeral.
Between dunes and pine forests, the Océopin brand is located in the heart of the largest pine forest in Europe and distinguishes itself by harvesting its flagship ingredient, maritime pine seeds, in the forests of Aquitaine and particularly on the Cap Ferret peninsula.
In addition to our collections, we have created make-up remover squares made from our fabric scraps. It is in this context that we met Marina and her beautiful brand. We particularly appreciate the quality of the products, the enthusiasm and the energy of its founder.
How did you meet Océopin and Marina?
In addition to our household linen collection, we are keen to introduce our customers to other brands and places that are in line with our tastes and philosophy. It is in this context that we met Marina and her beautiful brand. We particularly appreciate the quality of the products and the enthusiasm and energy of its founder.
How did you come up with the idea for this collab? Why did you choose Océopin?
To be totally honest, Marina had the idea. And we said YES immediately. This collab allowed us to associate ourselves with a brand we like, in line with our values, but also to participate in a virtuous action for the ecological transition.
What did you do with these fabric scraps beforehand?
Unfortunately, apart from during the containment period when we donated these fabrics to associations for the manufacture of masks, we did not use them. So it's all the more exciting to know that these fabric scraps will no longer be wasted. Thanks to Marina, we can give them a new life.
What message do you want to get across through this upcycling collab?
Perhaps the message we want to send is to suggest that everyone look around. Ideas for upcycling, or perhaps other actions for the planet, may emerge, close at hand.
